Aware that it is necessary to motivate the community for change, I have been organizing several events in the area of ​​employability, entrepreneurship and startups. I believe that opportunities are built, I founded Escola do Empreendedor, a platform with entrepreneurship content and, in 2019, I launched the Emagazine, an entrepreneurship magazine, of which I am Editor in Chief. Co-author of the books 'Empreender4: Empreender em 4 etapas' and ''Gestão de empresas com pessoas a bord', publications that help guide the entrepreneur in the process of developing a product or service, from defining the business model to financing . I strongly believe that entrepreneurial attitudes should be stimulated from an early age, so I have promoted entrepreneurship education initiatives for young people, to develop their soft skills, such as creativity and the ability to take risks. I have participated as a speaker in several conferences, I am passionate about sharing experiences and mentoring in business idea pre-acceleration programs. Contact and support for startups became a constant during the period in which I was responsible for the incubation program, events and partnerships at the startup accelerator Startup Braga (InvestBraga). These last years, as an external consultant, were dedicated entirely to strategic consultancy, the development of startup acceleration programs and entrepreneurship events with Universities, companies and Municipalities. I am currently Professor of Entrepreneurship at the European Business School of Barcelona and am part of the Economic Development Division of the Municipality of Guimarães, contributing to the dynamism of the region's entrepreneurial and industrial ecosystem.
